Man charged with hunting offence following incident in Peatling Magna

A man has been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog following an incident in Peatling Magna.

William Hanson, 32, of South Lawns, Swinbrook, Oxford, has been charged with hunting a wild mammal with a dog and that the hunting was not of a class exempted by Schedule 1 to the Hunting Act 2004.

The charge is in relation to an incident involving a fox in the Peatling Magna area on 8 January this year.

Hanson is due to appear at Leicester Magistrates Court on Wednesday 13 July.

Lets hope the judge on this case is not one of the hunting brigade and lets him off as has been done before.This scum should get a prison sentence and tagged on release if not a prison sentence and just a piddling fine then he should be tagged immediately because filth like this will do it again and again.
