Hare saved by sabs

The attached photo was taken at Blaxhall in Suffolk today (6/02/16) at an Easton Harriers meet. A full report of today’s events will follow shortly. This clearly is not trail hunting. This hare was flushed out on a stubble field in front of Blaxhall church, she ran right towards sabs, crossed the road, ran across another field and towards a wood. She then crossed another road, ran across another field and then crossed onto the busy B1069 forcing traffic to stop. The pack of hounds were in hot pursuit and the only one to try and stop the hounds were us sabs. This is the reality of hunting.

Please spread this photo far and wide because a picture paints a thousand words.
