On 1/2/11 at Torquay magistrates Terrier man Andrew Bellamy, 39, of Sampford Spiney, was found guilty of two charges of damaging and interfering with a badger sett while out with the South Devon Foxhounds.
Bellamy was fined £250 for each offence and ordered to pay £500 costs and a £15 surcharge.
